Q: Can I mail my Cardtorial?
A: Absolutely! Shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) is $2.07. For added protection, we will include a piece of chipboard with your card to use in the case you'd like to mail your card.
Q: How do I write on the cards?
A: We recommend using a fine-tip sharpie. Any permanent marker will do, but the fine tip keeps it cute! Due to the finish on the wood, pens and pencils don't set well.
Q: Can I customize the cards?
A: You can get a custom engraved message on the back of your card. Each item, if customizable, will have an option box on the item page. Once that box is checked, you can print your custom message there.
Q: Can I send my card / order directly to the recipient?
A: Why, of course! If you're buying a gift and you'd like to send it directly to the recipient, please go ahead and let us know in the notes section when you check out so we can package it appropriately.
Q: Can you help me write a message on the card?
A: Sure! If you'd like a custom engraved message, you'll need to be sure to purchase that option. If you'd like a hand-written note, just let us know in the notes section when you check out and we will hand write at no cost.
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number (via email). All orders will ship from our California studio.
Domestic orders take up to 3 business days to arrive. We can not take responsibility for USPS delays. If you need a premier service, you can upgrade your shipping method to Priority Mail and the transit time will be 2 business days or less (in most cases).
International orders can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to arrive not including time in customs so please plan ahead! Please note, tracking abilities to international destinations vary depending on country. Unfortunately, I can not guarantee international ship times.
