Marketing Manager

Cardtorial is looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to work in our small, creative studio. We pride ourselves in not only our work and products, but also our supportive, open, and dynamic work environment. Our Marketing Manager will manage our overall content and marketing strategies!

Responsibilities

+ Manage all social media channels, including day-to-day content and engagement, alongside larger influencer marketing campaigns

+ Create regular newsletters for our retail and wholesale customers

+ Pitch, write, and edit blogs posts in the brand voice

+ Write all catalog and product copy

Studio Assistant

Cardtorial is looking for a part-time Studio Assistant to help in the process of fielding customer service inquiries, creating, packaging, and shipping our products, and other day to day operations in our small, creative studio. We pride ourselves in not only our work and products, but also our supportive, open, and dynamic work environment. Our Studio Assistant would develop a deep know-how of studio life and be a key part in running our day-to-day business! 

 

You're a great fit for this role if you:

+ Are generally available to come in weekday mornings (16-20 hours / week)

+ Are eager to learn and are excited to be involved in the operations side of our small business

+ Love efficiency, are super reliable and highly organized, and have strong attention to detail

+ Do what it takes to get the job done and are passionate about being a part of our team -

 

Responsibilities

+ Manage customer service inquiries and returns

+ Learn how to use our laser cutter and assist in production

+ Assemble, package, and ship products & orders

+ Office organization and keeping the studio space neat and tidy!
